Round 6 of the NRL brought the battle of Brisbane to Suncorp stadium, a special time of the season for the Dolphins and Broncos in 2024. It was an extra special occasion for the Central Queensland region and especially for our very own Lachlan Hubner as he became Dolphin number 36. In the 21st minute of the Battle of Brisbane, Lachie (Hubner) was brought into the action as he made an interchange for Mark Nicholls. Lachlan would go onto play 30minutes for the Dolphins in their clash with the Broncos, notching up 9 runs for 77 metres, 35 post contact metres, 2 tackle breaks and 13 tackles.
