Bob Tenza’s Capras journey began with a debut he will not be forgetting any time soon. Lining up against Northern Pride in 2023, the left winger marked the occasion by scoring on debut, a moment that still stands as a career highlight. Introduced to the game by his class teacher in Grade 6, Bob has built his approach around hard work, patience and perspective. Music and meditation are part of his preparation, while the biggest lesson he has taken from footy is how to be a better person in life. It is a simple answer, but a meaningful one.

Off the field, Bob’s world includes Rugby 7s, the Lakers, Bali and a good steak with mashed potato, salad and gravy. He names his dad as his childhood hero and Justin Olam as the player he would most love to line up alongside.
