About the Role

The Hospitality Manager oversees all bar and corporate hospitality operations at Browne Park Stadium on event day. You will lead a team of bar and corporate area supervisors, ensuring every hospitality area is set up, operated, and packed down to the required standard while maintaining full compliance with RSA and liquor licensing requirements.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Overseeing approximately 5 bar and corporate area supervisors across all hospitality zones
• Conducting pre-event briefings covering RSA, service standards, and escalation procedures
• Conducting a pre-opening walkthrough of all bar and corporate areas
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating resupply throughout the event
• Serving as the designated Responsible Person for hospitality operations under the liquor licence
• Managing intoxicated patrons and authorising refusals of service where required
• Overseeing cash reconciliation and stocktaking at the conclusion of the event
• Ensuring all supervisor timesheets are completed and signed off before close

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality management, ideally in a venue or events environment
• Current RSA certificate
• Strong knowledge of Queensland liquor licensing obligations
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling and POS experience
